Busy, busy minds these days. I think that is the way you could describe all of us! Busy with our personal life, busy with our spouse or significant other, maybe busy with children. Busy with work, with leisure, busy with entertaining, with keeping up with friends, busy on Twitter, Facebook, email, cell phone, busy with paying bills, doing housework, cleaning closets, visiting sick family or friends, giving advise or asking for it! Our poor minds! No rest in site!
Webster defines the brain as: "The soft, convoluted mass of grayish and whitish nerve substance, filling the cranium of man and other vertebrates, which governs or coordinates mental and physical motions, the organ considered as the center of sensation, and the seat of thought and memory."
Into this "convoluted mass" we all possess between our ears, we put wonderful life inspiring thoughts and wild crazy ideas that we play out in life, but also oddles of negative, life crushing data. Do you sometimes feel like you need an upgrade? If so, you are not the first to feel that way. Thomas Cardinal Wolsey (1473 -1530) warns us, “Be very, very careful what you put in that head because you will never, ever get it out." Even though he lived long ago, no one has ever proven him wrong. In fact, what he said has been verified. What goes in stays in! That is a scary thought!
Discipline of our mind, body and soul is what I write about here. With determination and self discipline, life can be sweet and we can live with our self, our thoughts and others. Without discipline, problems are inevitable. Stay awhile and see if you make some determination to live life a little fuller and enjoy it to the max!

on account of one thing always leading to another."
